After so many years and teasers, it literally arrived looking old; a generic, fussy design that looks like it's pandering to every conceivable taste [curvy yet angular, smooth yet creased]. That interior is also atrocious between the screen bezel and the horrific integration of the passenger display, an obvious afterthought.

Audi's design language needs a desperate revamp.

Its no revolution for Audi design and will probably date quickly, especially the rear styling, but at least it's not that ugly like BMW and Mercedes EV SUV's. They are f%cken atrocious and a disgrace to both brands.

BMW and Audi are both relying on a lot of creasing and contouring. It's just in BMW's case it's crisp and in Audi's case it's a bit more organic. Rolls and folds.

I believe this is why Audi has hired Jaguar’s design chief. Apparently, he aims to simplify the design language of the brand.

IMO, the A8 EV concept (whatever its name is) is clearly the way to go. The current design is just atrocious.
