Damn youre fast with the scans! Thanks again.

Anyone know the tire used? Cant just make it from the pic if its a Michelin pilot sport or supersport.

That's odd, we checked with Tire Rack last week and they told us it hasn't been N-rated for the Panamera yet!

But I did get the SS for my 911 and love it. Of course it's not N-rated and I really don't care about it.

Thanks! It is obvious that there is no mechanical difference in the PTTS and powerkit turbo enginewise, its a marketing trick. There would be no point in different softwares etc.I bet the weight difference comes from PCC brakes.

If you would like to make it look even better for the powerkit, you would have chosen the test from April 2011 (above). The car weighs 2022kg, but 0-200 1.8s, 60-100 3.2s, 80-120 6.7s etc. ;) The powerkit has performed better in every test. I wonder if it is due to the LSD that is replaced by the PTV in the PTTS.

ONE CORRECTION to your table:
About the max turbo boost. It is max 0.8 without sport chrono or overdrive. Ive seen 1.0bar max in my powerkit and with the older version of the PCM, I dont see max bost, but in this video you see its 1.2 MAX and it flashes at 1.1bar for a brief moment. When you are throttleing it, you cant watch the dial at the same time, the VTG turbo pressure varies a LOT!

Since people are posting vids too:

I chose the 2nd testcar for this comparison because it was quicker at the Sachenring than the 1st one.
I thought PTV comes with the air-suspension (which was standard in the Powerkit - according to AutoBild Sportscars).

According to Sport Auto the max boost of the Panny Turbo S is 0,95 bar, I have to correct it.

I tested it ONCE with the vbox, no LC and traction control on = 4.0s 0-100km/h, it took me a whole day to get 4.1s in the 997tt and I had to preload the turbos. That said everything to me, this is one seriously fast car.

There have been many different posts about the max boost in different magazines.
Im still pretty sure its 1.2bar, but atleast 1.1! Check out the video at 13s.

The fact that it is orange says its in overboost.

I think it depends on the weather conditions as well. Isn't it?
