What nonsense. Up untill this generation the 3 series coupe looked like nothing more than a 2 door version of the sedan. But who cares? It still looked great! I hope MB manages to pull the same thing off with the C-coupe.

I like that kink, in fact. What I like less is the fact it has a B-pillar and possibly framed windows, but if it keeps the price low I'll accept it easily.

I really think this is a cute little Coupe.

The differences between E90 and E92 is more than just a taillights. Profile is different, front different, rear different. The changes is much more different than E46 ever was.

Very true. Can't wait to see the official pics of the C coupe. The 3er coupe is becoming boring and the new front of the fl doesn't exactly help imho.

The new E-Class Coupe sits on a modified powertrain, which borrows elements from the C (a large percentage) and E (a smaller percentage, to keep costs low). So, it's not entirely E, not entirely C, but mixed. Don't believe those who have stated through time the E-Coupe is 100% C-Class when it comes to the technical platform used.

The C-Class Coupe will indeed have 100% C underpinnings.

So, the two models are not so identical.

P.S.: It really pisses me off Mercedes-Benz still wants to install those ugly double fogs on almost every new model they release. And, the C-Coupe, as we can see from the latest spy shots, makes no exception.

^ No car is identical, but the C, E coupe and C coupe are all close enough to call it the same car.

And the E coupe is the bad one. Shouldn't exist the way it exists now...Should have been something like a CLS with two doors.
