Great racing, 1-2 McLaren, serious mechanical problem for Ferrari deflates their chances, lucky 3-rd for Kimi. Secure 4-5 for Heidfeld and Kubica.

Great race by Alonso... he finally decided to stop being a whinny little bitch and started to show us and Hammy what he can on a track.

Hammy's move on Kimi was awesome, although he wasn't very threatening through the rest of the race.

I'm Pissed BMW f***ed up Kubica's stop, possibly costing him a spot.

Anyhow, looks like the DC is still up for grabs!

What a thriller, especially with Kimi threatening the Mclaren pole domination with his one stop strategy. Good race by Alonso and again BMW demonstrate their consistence and solidity by taking podium places 4 and 5.

As for Hamilton he keeps showing his sharp teeth as a driver who wants nothing but victory. The way he entered the pit stop and how he attacked Kimi show that he is a champion in the making, always give 110%.

This victory on a very Ferrari fanboy infested territory was very important, especially to hurt the Ferrari team mentally. I could see how crushed the pit crew were when Hamilton overtook Kimi.

It's not over though. Four races left and a mechanical failure for either of the drivers(especially Lewis and Alonso) can stir things up big time. Now that Ron Dennis' ass is under investigation we Mclaren teams are worried. Because if he goes down, so does Alonso and Hamilton.

The coming races will be very entertaining, now it's really cut throat.

Good result for Ferrari, but for "other" reasons. It's over. The Ferrari drivers won't be scoring points to close the gap between TOUI. They'll have to score points just to stay alive mathematically! I sincerely hope even the most delusional/optimistic/drunk/brain-washed Ferrari employee concedes this fact instead of trying to win it on the track. It's not happening.

Actually, I don't see what was so impressive about any of the drives the top guys put forth in today's race. Everyone who finished, finished exactly where they should have given the pace of their cars. This was a TOUI 1-2 before the race started. It might have been more of a story if Kimi top the second place from one of the TOUI cars.

Yes, but he was slightly pushed out of line when Massa got in contact with him. That kind of forced him to cut the corner like he did.

Lewis and Massa touched, that's why he went off. If they hadn't touched he would have been panalised.

Tough weekend for Ferrari, they lacked everything the whole weekend.

Hamilton's move on Kimi was awsome, really impressive. Although he probobly wouldn't have been able to do it if Kimi's neck was 100%. Still very impressive to see him slide past.

Alonso really impressed as well, he was flawless all weekend. Just like the reigning WDC should be.

Can't wait for Spa, best track on the calendar!

On the 4th September Hamilton won the GQ Magazine award for best sports man this year. Very well deserved award and I'm very happy for him off course.
