Ok guys, the latest version of Windows Messenger is finally here!

I`d like to know who is using this version and what do you think of the new features. If you don`t have this version get it!

Thats strange! When I downloaded it this morning my Bata was full of contacts! My system might be different than yours.

Hay Artist, your right man, I didn`t realize I had to add my contacts again, oh well, at least you got the read deal. everything should work out.

yep it works..but i cant be botherd with adding all my contacts again.. so ile wait for the real release..

I've got the real realease of Live Messenger Beta straight from MS (got it in an e-mail, and without having to add all my contacts myself))

I've got Windows Live Mail Beta too, and I just downloaded Media Player 11 and Internet Explorer 7

All brand new, all official working new Microsoft Windows products!

damn i need to get my hands on that version where you dont need to add contact.. :(

Hay Klier, thats pretty cool. I`m sure you got my e-mail.
I`m going to look for Internet Explorer 7. The new Media should be awesome as well, I`v had really awesome results with WinAmp, WinAmp is awesome! as a media player:cool:

Thanks for the link, I'm downloading it now!

Do you know how to get Windows Live Mail?

This Internet Explorer 7 Beta is really nice!
If anyone uses Internet Explorer your going to like this new version, very useful tool.

I am using IE 7, although I'm not into the tabbing, so have turned that feature off! That's the main reason why I don't use Firefox!

Apart from that it seems to be pretty good!

I'm running Windows Vista Beta 2 Ultimate, Office 2007 Professional Plus, IE7 Beta 2, MSN Messenger Beta 2 and various other Microsoft Products. Not that I want to but I have to test them for work, and we get them off MSDN.

If anyone is interested, my take on the next generation of MS products: I'm getting used to Vista, parts of it are giving me a headache (I mean that literally), because too much fade-in and fade-out, flashy graphics etc plus its slow as heck (but its beta 2 and still to be optimized). I run a 3.0Ghz P4, 1024mb ram, GFX6200 (not the greatest work computer, but not too shabby) and the windows hardware advisor rates my computer at 2/5, 5 being the best (?!). Office 2007 is a step up in its interface I think, but its gonna piss people off because they spent all their life trying to use Office and finally when they learn everything MS go ahead and change it. IE7 will probably kill Firefox because it simply is a clone of Firefox, and when vista comes out people simply won't be bothered to download Firefox. Media Player 11 is pretty good.

Aww man, tabbing has got to be the most useful thing that came with Firefox/Opera dude. It's a pity you don't use it, it really helps surfing a lot!

It would be interesting try the new IE and WMP.
