Poll Which Super Unreliable German Car Would You Buy?

LOL! This is a heck of a poll. What, there's no room for a W8 Passat?

I was debating Touareg or W8 Passat, and I came to the conclusion that V10 sounds more enticing. Add the Passat to the mix and you got yourself the all-star team for the most unreliable German cars. Ever? Yeah, I'd say so.

The potential upside is if the example you pick up is a well-constructed example, then you got yourself a looot of car for the money.

The W8, W12, and V10 diesel were certainly "out there" for a relatively staid brand like VW. I dare say, they were Piech-madness.

The list is almost complete BUT ya can't have the all star team without the notorious early 2000s Allroad 4.2. That car is like the LeBron or Jordan of the team by far.

My goodness, the horror with the Audi 4.2. Completely forgot about the disaster of an automobile that was. I'm willing to guess a very high percent have met a crusher by now.

I'm going to go with the W220 S-Class because I know a good Mercedes mechanic.

By the way, the W220 does not have the best reputation but according to this guy they can be owned and maintained for less money than a Toyota Camry. Literally. Watch this.
