Without being biased which one would you choose?
People who don't know much about cars will think of the AMG or the S class just being a mercedes they won't know that the S63 AMG and the S600 is a £100,000 car but with the Bentley the badge speaks for itself, even though the S class is better than the Bentley in every sector.

P.S. Please give a reason with your vote

The car enthusiast in me says the AMG. However, so much of that prowess won't be used on public roads, so I have to go with the Bentley. It's much more "special for the money." Not just from a snob point of view, but for personal satisfaction as well.

why no s65?

That in the UK will compare with the Arnage in price. These cars are near in price, a gap of £15,000 between the Mercs and the Bentley.

The S65 AMG would be a price difference of £30,000 and the Bentley.

Bentley for me also.

Mercedes is just another luxury brand (like Audi or BMW). Bentley is something far more exclussive. It doesn't make 17k euro cars (like A class) or trucks and busses.:D

i dont want a suck arse VAG bentley..that on top of it all looks like a frog..
give me the S500 even.. dont even need to go 600 or AMG

S600 for me. For the excitement factor I would go with another brand, therefore no AMG. Also, from the point of view of keeping the car and the eventual maintenance costs once the warranty period is over, I believe AMG translates to "ALL MONEY GONE". Bentley is a sharp and attractive car but I'm afraid I would tire of the "show off" factor pretty quick. In addition to the technology/engineering, comfort etc., Mercedes has so many intangibles going for it that the love for the car, its' history and name would make for a more enduring happy ownership than with Bentley.
Also, I have sat in a S600 and it is luxurious enough for me. Have not sat in a Bentley, never mind driving it.

...They can make bicycles, or shopping carts for all i care, a top-of-the-line S Class is the most overengineered (good!), most luxurious, most recognizeable symbol, and amen for the latest S Class to reemphasize all these traits (not sure I'd have been comfortable saying all these with the 220). Im not knocking Bentley, it is just that the three-pointed star over a car hood is the ultimate car environment for me personally to be on. I would take the S600 Designo Sport (with stitched Designo seats and RSE). Normally i'd go for the S65, but since the new CL turned to be as good as it is, a CL65 seems the no-brainer luxury AMG to have, as long as i can keep the interior colorite and trim of the [white] CL 600 in the official pics, but i'd exchange the white exterior for a striking metallic blue

The most recognizeable luxury automotive symbol for me is Rolce Royce and then Bentley. Mercedes is not even close because it's a mainstream manufacturer.
Also i have to mention that Flying Spur looks much more beautiful than the S class to me (and a lot other people).

I will take the Bentley. The S63 is really excessive in all ways possible, and the S600 comes a really close second to the Bentley. What did it for me was that the Bentley has an interior that's hard to match.

I chose the S63 AMG. I wonder will the S63 (If N/A) will be more expensive than the S600. If it get`s the Bi-Turbo treatment I imagine it will be more expensive.

Between the S63 and the S600 i would take the second one. The power is more than adequate and the price is more reasonable for what someone gets.:usa7uh:
