Indications I have say it’s true. Which is great cause the GTS right now is a ECU flashed carrera S , it lost its magic.

A NA GTS will be the shit, most ppl don’t require or can live on daily basis with the harshness of a GT3 and the lack of AWD. It will fill a much needed gap, and also will ensure Porsche don’t make a shit load of GT cars like they did in this gen to dilute the GT3 name further.

Cant live with the lack of awd in a sportscar?

Well some parts of the world it gets cold in the winter and people want to daily their NA 911.

Yeah, but tractionwise even the 911 RWD is strong! Saw a lot of comparison tests between 911 siblings with 2WD and 4WD, which revealed that 4WD is seldomly needed because 2WD traction is great ...
I'm curious HOW Porsche is able to get the claimed performance numbers from a 3.6 NA engine!

A GT3 is most certainly a daily. A Touring is better for daily driving than a normal 911.

Damn how did our grandparents manage in their rwd bmws and mercs back when we used to get real snow on the roads.

And 4wd aint doing anything when the car comes on summer tyre michelin ps5s.

No winter tyres and rwd is enough to daily.

That was exactly my opinion. I can't talk about Sweden obviously ... but here in Germany - even nearby the Alps (I live near Munich) there is no need for AWD given you have good winter tyres.

EVERY single car coming off the production line these days is a daily. Some less useful than others, but even the most hardcore Lambo, Ferrari or McLaren is tame as a bunny if required.

There’s nothing daily about a aventador.

Huracan, 720s, etc etc, limited boot space, its not a any occasion car at all.

Yes there is. They don't have to be driven to the mall and loaded with bags. It can be driven all year round by grandma, which makes it a daily.

Same for a Huracan. And same for a 720s. Put them in comfort settings automatic mode and doze off.
Not being driven daily and not being a daily are two entirely different things. There of course are many cars way better for dailies, and the owners of the mentioned cars have 20 other cars as well.

Why argue for what a car is a "daily" , when "daily car" is such a subjective sentence.

Who can decide if a car is daily for someone , either than the owner himself?
