@Alex, you definitely have a point. Maybe I should have an answer option "not applicable or no knowledge" on the other side it is like Betty said, it is about perception. Perception is subjective and may be based on a single experience which must not necessarly be reality! Im this case I agree more with Betty. Yet, if professionals like you have difficulties to rate the questions, this means the particular questions are not 100% clearly formulated or composed :-( my apology!
It is definitely an experience conducting a survey especially because it is my first one and I would consider some changes if I would start again. however, now changes can only be made to formal aspects and not to the survey content.
I realy do appreciate this discussions! This enriches my learning experience a lot - thank you!
