Tyson is a racing fanatic and collect cars and bikes. He also known for loving speed and high speed cars. So it's not like MB didn't know who they were handing over the keys too. They most likely wanted someone who's not afraid of......um....enjoying sports cars on a public roads.

Oh no, he's not a racing driver, but he does attend a lot of MotorGP races. Though he does act like he's a racing driver. I believe he crashed his Viper a while back.
