Brilliant facelift.

M
Less than brilliant interior revision.

Considerable reduction in ease-of-use and functional simplicity.
Gear lever gone (that gear toggle's going to be far more fiddly to use), no option to engage gearbox sport mode (= no option to rapidly disengage auto start-stop)
Air recirculate button gone, fan speed button gone, fan speed display hidden somewhere in a screen.
Driver's instrument panel display graphics are frankly hideous - it was bad enough getting used to Live Cockpit in the current G20.

Don’t worry. Physical HVAC controls will make a comeback in bimmers as a result of customer feedback. peugeot ditched them 6-7 years ago for touch screen controls but physical controls have returned in their latest models.

The new Range Rover has the same interior as the F-Pace which is one touch screen + physical hvac controls instead of a seperwte screen for hvac controls like the Velar or previous face lifted RR Sport.

There is hope for the future!
