Currently the Goldies are mostly cream colour, in a very light and pale shade, bordering to white.
Yes, my wife I breed them and it is a big passion of ours. We dedicate a lot of time to them. We bought a house close to the see so that we can spend the whole summer there, because of the three dogs and the three kids also. Due to this I'm not so passionate to cars anymore and I drive the only possible vehicle that can accomodate us, the dogs, the kids and some kids' friends - a 9 seat van.
There are two major lines, which are considered almost different breeds: the American line and the British line. The American line dogs are much darker and redish in colour, while the British line are yellow and cream. The two lines look quite different, have even different character and different life span (US 10-12years, British 12-14 years).
