Looks like Ghost II's shroud has fallen.

Love the design of the wheels.

DOA next to the Flying Spur.

This looks just like a FL of the current Ghost, totally old fogies design from the dark ages. A brick has more curves than this thing. Flying Spur kills this for looks.

I really can’t wait for this car to be released so all this nonsense talk can stop.

Prepare to be disappointed! The Cullinan is hit in terms of volumes, but it still has plenty of detractors, the Ghost - no matter how good - still won't be everyones cup of tea. Rolls-Royce style is not supposed to be overtly contemporary, or even avant-garde... it's supposed to be Rolls-Royce. Those that like that will like the Ghost, those that don't, won't.

Comments of age are a waste of time though. The average Rolls-Royce buyers is no longer some geriatric old stately home dweller, it's in the low 40's.

But the Phantom is liked by everybody. The Cullinan's front is just too plane. If the Ghost looks more like the Phantom and less like the Cullinan, than it will be liked by a lot more people, which will not have any effect to the sales numbers, that do not depend that much on the looks.

I remember in 2009 before 200EX was shown that RR could not sustain going “downmarket”. Then they showed 200EX and said this is exactly what you will get
And Ghost Proved that theory wrong.

It's a fair point, personally I think that's more of a reflection of how well Rolls-Royce handled the Phantom than anything else. I actually found the Ghost an easier car to like than the Phantom 7 when it came to exterior styling, and I think both the Cullinan and Wraith built on that design language very well. I'd be open to a new Rolls-Royce coupe taking it's cues from the Phantom 8, and being a little more svelte... But for a bulky SUV style car, I think the 'straighter' lines work well. I agree it matters less, the Cullinan was always going to sell well, irrespective of how they styled it.

Like the old and the new Phantom and the original Ghost, surely this mule with 2,000 kilos of camouflage on top, will result in what no one can doubt will be a beautiful reissue of one of the most beautiful sedans that exist today.
I don't know how they will improve the Wraith a unique vehicle in every way
