Eh. The proportions are one thing. But the sharp, angular cuts and shapes of the NK concept haven't translated to either the G50 or NA0 at all. You’re wrong and using a lot of text which totally misses the point. Comparing the BEV concept with an ICE G50 which is CLAR based is nonsensical. G50 will surely have similar front and rear as NA0 but profile is very much different, roofline and dash-to-axle ratio are not the same at all.
I hope this ain't it. Looks like a facelifted G20...If only they stuck to the brief.

Idk. Something a bit more angular in shape. The proportions are spot on. But it doesn't look "NKL" beyond the front and rear, if you see what I mean. The G50 is exactly that.
Don't know what you were expecting.

It's not about 1:1. A flatter trunk line, sharp hoffmeister kink with the greenhouse. Low flat hood line. These things can be done.A Concept car doesn't translate 1:1 with a series production car?
I'm shocked. Shocked, I tell you.

haha it doesn't even resemble the concept other than the front headlight unit (which is getting rather stale since they revealed it in 2023 (only 4 years before we would ever see it on the road in real life).A Concept car doesn't translate 1:1 with a series production car?

That’s the ice version. The ev m3 looks close to the concept. The concept was absolutely stunning — exactly what BMW needed to bring back that early 2000s , the kind Bangle used to nail. But these spy shots? Feels like they’re just playing it safe, not really a true 'Neue Klasse.' I really hope I’m wrong when the camo comes off, but damn — this was a real chance to be bold, futuristic, and pure BMW. Instead, it looks like 2011-level vanilla styling with a decade-old Tesla screen slapped in and called “revolutionary.” You can spend millions on PR and marketing, but we’re not dumb — copying Tesla’s interior from almost ten years ago isn’t innovation. Having the same exterior profile of the existing 5 seris with a few tweeks isn't innovation.
If they can fix the driving experience and bring back something truly magical, they’ve got a shot. But if it’s just boring, bloated electronic steering and the same old numb feel, + the Tesla ipad screen with a few angles to claim it's "driver oriented," then BMW needs to realize the days of marketing and throwing enough money at its consumers to convince us are over. Missed opportunity doesn’t even begin to cover it. I hope Im wrong...
