A grille like the iX3 has would’ve been really nice too.

...although I personally do not mind the "kidneyless visor" at all.

The visor is actually somewhat of a "squashed kidneys" graphic. It even exudes a wee bit of the "Z8 vibe":

It doesn’t look like either of those even 1% due the headlights being in the grill and the shape being totally different. What it looks like is a 60s-80s BMW missing the kidney.

Nah the headlights/grille are the kidneys in this case. I like this design without the iX3 vertical kidney element.

It's going to look fantastic. iX3's little grille looks awesome too don't get me wrong, but this here will too for sure.

Hope it's just the render, but I don't like that too much. Looks weird.

Yeah just the render. Renders always look weird and off, yet close. It's in uncanny valley.

The iX shows what they are capable of with this Neu Klass design theme. Let's hope it's not lost on the sedans and coupes.

The EV sedan, because of batteries will be a bit aesthetically challenged like the G60 BMW. Black skirts all around could reduce visual bulk and height.

This is quite clearly the i3 and therefore doesn't belong in this thread (3er G50).

I think it’s looking close to perfect. A lower hood that aligned with the window line would have made it perfect in my book.

To me to looks just like the 5er. Bloated and ungainly especially in the middle section. It is no where near as lean and lithe as the current car. It’s like a fat woman that still has a nice shape.
