Škoda Auto a.s. is a Czech automobile manufacturer established in 1925 as the successor to Laurin & Klement and headquartered in Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic. Škoda Works became state-owned in 1948. After 1991, it was gradually privatized to Volkswagen Group, becoming a partial subsidiary in 1994 and wholly owned in 2000.

Can’t believe that it will be even bigger. The current one is borderline S-Class spacious. With inflation going up, there is a great opportunity for the Superb to step up in price but still be cheaper than the German rivals.
With Joseph Kaban no longer in charge of design I expect the exterior to be toned down a bit.

To be honest this car doesn't really have rivals anymore in europe. Insignia, Mondeo, Talisman, Passat sedan will soon all be axed, no next gen Mazda 6 in sight.
Perhaps the Toyota Camry comes closest to this? That, too, is a large car for a reasonable price
