7 Series SPOTTED: M-Pack for the 7er? M7?

The BMW 7 Series is a full-size top-of-the-line luxury sedan produced by BMW. Officially introduced in 1977, it is the successor to the E3 "New Six" sedan.
As promised (only a quick chop)

Nice Chop James.

However, judging from the lines shown in the OP's post, they lines seem more squarish ala pre f/l sports pack.

In my opinion this car needs no sport package.

The 7 series is very egelant and dynamic and should be rise above a "sporty look"! ;)

Yes, the main line is similar to 3er sedan M-pack, or if you wish X5M / X6M.

Air intake isn't mach different than the standard one.

It's a very subtle styling kit ... Don't expect something excessive in AMG style.

Will the 7er M-package have a unique wheel design like other M-packages, or does the current 7er range of wheel options already provide a sporty-yet-sophisticated look to match this M-package?

:t-banghea:t-wild: Computer froze when I was saving the chop.

Give me some more time and I will delivery the final product!

By the way when is the M-package set to be released for the 7-er?

Wow!! Looks perfect!! Agressive and still very elegant…compared to a S-Class AMG this would be my choice… …nevertheless I hope, that the integration of the Distronic will be better then at this prototype!

Unfortunately the rear bumper is still the standard one on the latest prototype ... New one is featured on the prototype in previous spy pics.

:usa7uh:

That's a mean looking front bumper à la E60 M5 with no fogs!

Even if it's just a sport package with no dedicated engine, I guess it will be a nice susbsitute to an ALPINA B7 on markets where the Buchloe brand isn't officialy sold.
I may be wrong but if the new X5/6 M engine becomes available in the E70, it will make the B7 redundant. Or ALPINA could then easily churn another 100 hp out of this block...

=> Is the hood bulge here for a reason or is it yet another pointless teaser for spy photographers? The B7 makes do without...

Now that's a proper bumper. Let's pray that there won't be a thick chrome strip anywhere in there.

^ haha, hope not. :)

The bump in the hood, makes me thing this is more than just a body kit.
