How come the W213 isn't available for die polizei?

First deliveries of S213 will follow in spring 2017.

Hamburg is faster than expected and has got the first W213. Other parts of Germany prefers the S213.

The E class looks damn ugly with those halogen lights, Luxary grill combines with avantgard trim, super small rims. Even the tail lights looks different which makes me think that they are not LEDs
