That's a bit over ambitious. Battery life is already challenged on most phones and powering a double sized display would require a prohibitively large and heavy battery.

This one will probably have two fairly large batteries working together with some tricks up its sleeve. (The other will probably get powered on when the larger disply is used.)

I think it will be closer to the ZTE Axon M we saw earlier this year - Samsung will probably make it look much prettier with thinner bezels and throw in a notch to maximize screen real estate.

It probably will be a single foldable screen as it will likely be a +$1,000 device. The concept device from Lenovo is probably a better example than the ZTE one I posted above. I'm sure Samsung's one will look even better. With OLED technology, it will simply disable the pixels when it is in phone mode (without draining battery) and then turn on the pixels when it is in tablet mode.

I do wonder the durability of this fordable phones, how many times can you fold this thing before the layers within the screen start to wear out? What if the screen can't return to its original shape?

^With a supposed 7 years of development those kinks should be thoroughly worked out.
The screen sheet tech is more like the cotton fibers
that make up a quilt. The mechanical hinges will probably fail before the screen will.
