I find Mate X better looking
Let me hear when the Chinese come with something not stolen from the west, Sky.
It'll become interesting when they start doing their own stuff.
And regarding the Fold.....well....the idea and tech is brilliant, but this concept needs a couple of years to evolve. It's way too bulky, ugly and expensive right now. Foldable screens are the future though, no do...
Microsoft has a disasterous history with hardware and I would be shocked if they were brave enough to produce a phone again.I am keeping an eye on the rumored Surface Phone. I love the quality of the Surface line and having a phone that opens up and becomes a PC could be very attractive.
I would keep my S8 for another year at least. Even when I have recently found its battery life drops significantly when the phone is one year old.
The breaking screens are just a blip on the road. Many of the reviews are positive about the form factor and ease of access to a bigger screen.
In 2 years folding phones will have matured into flagship phones that are priced like the Xs Plus and S10 Plus.
Man, do you see the price of the XS Plus or S10 Plus at the level of the iPhone 5 or S5 ? They still use the same form factor as the iPhone 1 and S1.
It just doesn't work like that anymore. Just like $1,000+ phones is the new normal now, in a few years' time $1,500-2,000 phones will be the new normal.
Not looking for a debate, just stating some...
It folds really nicely, almost as well as a fold BMW fans on this forum.

@klier what is stolen in P30 pro camera?
The folding mechanism is faulty and the screen is f$%ked up on most review phones.

Indeed. But some say it's due to people removing some protective layer, which is part of the display structure designed to protect the screen from unintended scratches.
