BP23 is the New-Gen Mclaren F1. P15 is a hardcore track/road-car that is completely separate from the BP23.

That's what they said about the P1, that it was the spiritual succesor to the F1. And the F1 was pretty hardcore track/road-car as was the P1. So what is the P15 replacing then? My understanding is that they both get center-positioned for the driver.

Their line-up is confusing. So the P15 is P1 GTR esque car for the road minus hybrid. Not the 3 seater. 3 seater, BP23 is F1 successor 2.0? Where the hell does the P1 fit into all of this? It was labeled as an F1 successor, but now we will have a true successor? Why not make the P1 have 3 seats in the first place and offer it's GTR track special for street legal conversion?

And P1 in my eyes is a bespoke project as well. Every of their "Ultimate" series is.

Nah. P15 is two-seater.

The BP23 is the center console one:

Granted, if i recall correctly, the original F1 was more of a GT than than an actual track car, like the p15 is going to be, and the P1 was. The BP23 is a true mid-engined GT like the old F1 was.

i'll go out on a limb and say that the veneno had a more composed design than this

yes, the veneno is an overkill design but at least you can see the LMP1 inspiration, this....dafuq is this

I am holding out a tiny sliver of hope that better pics and vids give us a representation that gives us a flattering aesthetic. But as of now, I find it shameful that they made this their tribute to Senna. This better drive like the greatest car in the world to justify the design, functional as it probably is. I am still having trouble fathoming how a design team that design the forward-thinking 720S came up with this.
