Rear side window not going up from drivers position

Hi! Thanks for letting me join, I hope that you all enjoy the information gathered within this forum. As a Mercedes Benz proud owner of the c class 2015 diesel bluetec, model w205, I have a problem with the closing of the o/s rear side window, I have synced it many times with only partial success, I can lower it from the driver door control but unable to have it close again, then having to close it from the rear door control which is working fine, is there any help from you, I will be very grateful.

It's probably a faulty driver door windows switch, which you can check quite easily with a multimeter.
