Hey guys, took some pics today of my new baby, a 1973 350SL with a small V8. Loving the Panzer so much!

This exhaust may not look like much but it really brings out the sound of the V8!

Prefer these rims to the newer 80's ones

When metal wipers were still around!

A manual SL not everyone's cup of tea, but works fine for me

They call it patina

Three pedaled SL

Thin tyres

Loving every moment of ownership so far!

I wouldn't complain if I had a 500SL or 560SL, or the R129 SL600... But yes, mine still gives me joy nonetheless

I envy you. The R107 is still one of the best looking Mercedes ever built. I like the car since my childhood. Especially through the TV series "Hart to Hart".

Wonderful car you will have great motoring experience with this beauty! That 3499cm3 V8 is a nice engine, full of character, nice sounds and surprisingly gutsy, we had that same engine in a 1975 W116 350 SE.

It was a popular car in the 80's TV series, like @rs271 mentioned "hart to fart"! And also used by Bobby Ewing in Dallas
