I was slightly disappointed this year that they didn't have some other dream cars on display as like last year. Missing brands were Lamborghini, Bentley and some other exotics.

Porsche:

One of my favorite stands at the show as they had such a wide variety of models and mostly all the cars were unlocked and everyone could sit inside them.

Cayman GT4:

This car blew me away as it looked so stunning and is so much more aggressive than the standard Cayman, the massive rear wing and spoilers and huge air intakes. It looks really fast just standing still.

New 911 Targa 4S and Turbo S:

The new FL 911 was shown and this car really impressed me. At first you don't notice the changes but look at the details and these are then shown, such as the great looking rear lights and front air intakes. The interior has lovely new 3 spoke wheel, touch screen central infotainment screen and I sat in the Turbo S and the seats and driving position is brilliant, but even more impressive is the sheer quality of the build and materials used, so solid and expensive feeling.

PS: I had to take a shot of a hot Asian lady sitting in the Targa and taking selfies of herself!

Macan GTS:

This is still probably one of my favorite SUV's as I love its compact and sporty looks and decent space inside the excellent interior, which has brilliant build and material quality.

Ferrari 488 Spider and California:

Unfortunately this year the Ferrari stand was very quiet and I was slightly disappointed they only had 2 models on display. The new 488 Spider looks really stunning, breathtaking proportions, but in some ways I don't think its a big departure from the 458 Italia, but then maybe its not a bad thing as that is still a fantastic looking car. At least they had a stunning lady selling the cars with nice legs!

Ali Bin Ali Group Concept Car (Qatar designed concept):

This is the first Qatar designed concept car and it is certainly an eye catching design with some strange and weird details. The car has an older Lambo look with the low and wide body. Poorly finished glass fibre bodywork, black perspex windows, very thin tires and fake rear lights that were made from some red plastic tape or sheeting spoilt it slightly.

Rolls Royce:

The RR stand had a nice variety of models with eye catching colours. The most important new models shown with the fabulous Wraith and Dawn models.

That local concept is a real eyesore, other than that thanks Rolf.

Were you able to give the touch screen in Facelifted 911 a go?
I tried it a little and it seemed quite user friendly, better than alot of other touch screen displays. For me the Audi system seems very good and also the I-drive BMW system maybe slightly better.

But for me the best thing in any Porsche from the Macan to the 911 is the feel of their fabulous steering wheels in your hands. They are in my opinion the finest steering wheels on any car.
