Your injectors are bad. Probably not all of them, but if you have replaced the glow plugs and the car still smokes then it's injector related.

How many KM on your Q7?
If it is above 100Km, I will suggest taking it to the shop to see if it is the valve stem seals.

goodnight guys checked the injectors as well.its all good.so im really wondering if its climate related..but shouldnt be because im from the caribbean so its not cold or anything here.any other suggestions..i would love to know if someone else experianced something like this before in their Q7

That should not be the case. Unless the quality of your fuel is suspect.
Have the checked the seals of the valve stems? I don't know if you answered my earlier question.

Yes chonkoa I did.20000km well a little more now.but i will check the seals today and get back to u.if its not that what u really think is the problem?
