Sucks to live in the BRICS doesn't it? I know how you feel.
We can never enjoy a nice car, without ruining with the added weight of armour plating.
My suggestion: armor plated GLE 400d or armor plated GLE 450d.
But if an SUV is not your thing, then an armor plated E-class with the most powerful turbodiesel engine.

Where are your from if I may ask..
No so in my case I am buying a normal standard car not a armoured ..
Just avoiding a eye catcher like the AMG GTS
My car that’s on way is very much a usual car.
Sadly in SA we can’t really drive how we want or where we want and when we want without being cautious or keeping a eye on suspicious activities.

Had a family friend kidnapped and taken abroad from sa for months. Thankfully returned. I understand. Maybe it’s a debaged 213 e63?

Well, you live in South Africa, so make sure it's armoured.
I'm pretty sure the M340i would handle the added weight of the armour without a problem. And please, do not feel offended, because we're live in the same group of countries. BRICS

Oh dear... Same thing over here. And guess what I drive? Yup, a Fortuner (sold over here as the SW4) and mine isn't even armoured either.

I looked at the w205 C G63 .. couldn't get one wirh a good deal and lowish kilos..
I wouldn't buy a AMG use wirh high kilos

Hello friends
So my car has arrived at the dealer. I will collect on Wednesday Morning.
So nothing fancy entry level into the AMG window after a 10 year plus break from AMG
So my car is a A35 AMG 2023 face lift which has the mild hybrid.
My car is 2023 with 8500km it’s a MBSA car direct from the factory (contacts lol)
The new one with my packages and extras was 1.150 million rands
I managed to strike a deal which I think is fantastic
I am paying 899000.00 plus delivery and registration delivery as car was in East London 1600 km away from me roughly. So Nett I pay 915000.00
I think every good deal the closest I could get was a pre facelift at 989000.00 rands
I drove the pre facelift twice before going ahead
Found it very nippy and fun car to drive also I read consumption is decent and I enjoyed the thrill but also the comfort in comfort mode.
All in all I think it’s a decent car at that price and deal.
