"Urgent Help Needed: Renault Twingo 1.2 (2008) Dynamo Issue!
Hello fellow car enthusiasts,
I find myself in a bit of a tight spot and I'm reaching out to this community for help. I own a 2008 Renault Twingo 1.2 that has been giving me a major headache. The 'Stop' warning light and the battery indicator are turning on and off alternately. After some research, it seems highly likely that the alternator (dynamo) might be the culprit.
Here's where my plea for help becomes all the more pressing: I'm currently on vacation and scheduled to return this Thursday (in the evening), with an urgent need to be back home by Friday due to unforeseen circumstances. I've tried contacting several garages, but unfortunately, they all seem to be full and unable to fit me in for repairs.
This is where I'm turning to you. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or perhaps knows of a temporary fix that could at least get me back home safely (about 400 km), or a place where I can have my car fixed this Friday?
