911 Porsche considers turbocharging for next 911 GT3 RS

The Porsche 911 model series (pronounced Nine Eleven or in German: Neunelf) is a family of German two-door, high performance rear-engine sports cars, introduced in September 1964 by Porsche AG of Stuttgart, Germany.
Scale models never lie...
If that's the GT3 RS... IT IS Turbo

WTF PORSCHE!? GT2TT3RS!?

The GT3 RS will not be turbo'd. The 991 GT3 RS just uses the Turbo's rear body panels, which is the widest of the 991 range and allows for the widest possible rear track. The base 991 GT3 now uses the C4's rear, which is wider than the C2 but narrower than the Turbo. In the 997.2 GT3 range, the RS model used the C4's while the regular GT3 used the C2.

The air-ram intake seen on the 991 GT3 is not present on the RS variants seen testing. The RS's engine is being fed air through the Turbo's side vents.

Also, none of the RS testers have the vents sitting behind the front wheels. It is poor airflow management as those wheel vents sit at the same height as the Turbo body intakes, which means hot turbulent air from the front radiators and brakes would be feeding the engine.
