Videos Porsche Cayenne v BMW X6 M v Infiniti FX v Range Rover Sport drag race

^ hehe, I wouldn't spoil it for others but the result didn't surprize me. It supports my post yesterday, the RRS would beat the xDrive50i in straightline.

Depends if its X6 xdrive with power package (gives you 470hp) or not ;)

The drifting X6 in the end is so cool

470? Whoa, I thought it was 450 hp! I really hope the F10 550i gets this power pack too! E60 M5 killer!

:t-rot::t-rot:

That must have been a good one...;)

:t-cheers:

Meh, I'm not even done yet, halfway roughly (seriously ;) )
But an F10 with twin turbo V8 with 470 hp and God knows how many Newtonmeters will give that very car a good run for it's money, and that's not a joke.

You keep saying this, but the official numbers tell a different story.

Range Rover Sport 5.0 V8 Supercharged: 225 km/h, 0-100 km/h 6.2 seconds
X6 xDrive50i: 250 km/h (limited), 0-100 km/h 5.4 seconds.......

Your test must have gone wrong somewhere down the line, because even though the RR has 100 hp more, it gets beaten by a large margin....
But then again, weighing a whopping 2600 kg doesn't exactly help either. The X6 weighs 450 kg less. That makes all the difference, because torque is the same.

I believe...;)

May not be joke, but joke IS your claim that F10 550i will be a E60 M5 killer... ;) C'mon man...;)

We've seen so many newer cars with same or even more HP and Nm and despite everything they didn't manage to kill M5... And F10 550i won't manage too, no matter what...;)

Wanna bet? ;)

If the new 550i has a power pack with 470 hp, I will do.
The problem of all those other cars is that they're no BMWs, and this is. That's why it succeeds where the others fail :)

E92 335 with/with out sports package is no E46 M3 'killer', so I doubt F10 550 will be either.

:usa7uh:

No, but they're about equally fast, and I don't mean 'killer', that's just me being over the top....

I drive that 550i now and i've also driven M5 for several times and mind you, my car is nowhere close to M5... Not even for a second...;)

With all due respect, but check the specs:

N63: 450 hp, 640 Nm @ 1750 rpm

significantly 1-ups

N62: 367 hp, 490 Nm @ 3400 rpm

You do realise I'm talking about the F10 550i M pack vs E60 M5? (M5: 507 hp, 520 Nm @ 6100 rpm)
