With degree of suspension damage, my big wonder is if the tub is still in tact and salvageable?

That being said, this won’t be sitting in a salvage lot for a long time. Either some view hungry YTer or a tuner will buy it.

Wasn't he drunk? In my country if the driver is drunk no insurance is valid. Aren't all the expenses on his account (for his property) and for the other people's property with added lawyer and court expenses (regress from their insurance companies).

The guy’s father died recently, so he’s apparently inherited a few billion. He so he’ll do minimal time judging by how the NYPD treated him like an accident victim.

From what I’ve read from people who used to be associated with him is that he definitely has issues. The rally he used to do/co-own walked away from him before this.

I've never had a car totaled, so I don't know how it all works.
My assumption was that it now belongs to the insurance company and they can auction it as is.

Since he was drunk the insurance company won’t be covering the car or any damage caused, because coverage is declined the owner still owns the car.

Lucky you. When I was young I was like a crash test dummy. All in all I have totalled 9 cars. (From the very beginning I'm leading a statistic how many kilometer with which car I have covered. The total number is a little above 1,6 mln km).

That looks like the CGT that was on Shmee's channel when he was in NYC.

Not only was it wet on Monday, it was also windy and I'm still running winter tires.
