These results make sense. 997.2 Turbo PDK should be definitely quicker in 0-300km/h than old 997.1 Turbo manual, which did 40,7s.

That SA result of 41,9s was a bit strange. Actually, all the cars had rather slow 0-300 times in 2009 Sport Auto 0-300 test. They had very good 0-100 and 0-200 times, but rather slow 0-300. For instance, 997.2 GT3 was slower than 997.1 GT3 tested by AMS.

997.1 GT3 tested by AMS.
When did they tested it from 0 to 300 km/h?

EDIT: I see, in 2007. The first-gen 997 GT3 did it in 47,5 seconds. The new one is slower because of it's higher drag which was caused by the higher downforce-figures. :usa7uh:

From Sport Auto Supertest:
997.1 GT3: - Cw 0,29
- 0 kg lift/downforce at 200 km/h (front/rear)

997.2 GT3: - Cw 0,32
- 15 kg (front) and 19 kg (rear) downforce at 200 km/h
