Playboy magazine has named its nine favorite cars for 2007. They are:

* Best Two-way Player: VW Eos
* Best Sports Coupe: Porsche 911 Turbo
* Best SUV: Cadillac Escalade
* Best Bang For Your Buck: Ford Shelby GT500
* Best Pickup: 2007 Toyota Tundra
* Best Roadster: Saturn Sky Red Line
* Best Cross-dresser: Mazda CX-7
* The Al Gore Special: Lexus GS 450h
* Playboy's 2007 Car of the year: BMW Z4M Coupe

The Cadillac SUV isn't even an "SUV". To me, an SUV is an all-terrain vehicle that can offroad and is practical. The Escalade is none of that. It might have AWD, but it's offroad qualities are terrible and it's not that practical either.

No, no, no! Now you're mixing real off-road vehicles with SUVs (Sports Utility Vehicle). Escalade is a SUV but far from an off-road vehicle.

Lol, i couldn't agree more. That list shows bad taste in cars (apart from VW Eos). Also the Z4 might be a good car but it doesn't have what it takes to be the "Car of the year".

If we can do it so can Playboy

Besides the thread says nothing about Playboys criteria for these cars. It can be everything from gaycar, best *****wagon, best looking car or just anything you can think of. Dont diss it jst because its Playboy.

BTW if a car like VW Eos can be on the list then its nothing wrong to see Z4 on the list either.
