On order Mercedes C250 Cdi facelift

Hello everyone new to the forum, I have owned Audi's for the past 12 years and have decided to have a change, so have on ordered a Mercedes C250 CDI Auto Sport facelift finished in Calcite White, delivery towards the end of March so not to much longer now.

Its certainly a great time to change as far as MB goes. They have some of the greatest looking and driving cars out there.

When I first saw your post I assumed you were in Germany, but when I looked closer I saw you are from the UK.

I hadn't realised that MB UK were accepting orders for the facelift just yet. So it's good that the UK is getting them sooner than I expected. I thought it would be order book opened in March, first cars in the country in May.

Hi Stewart,

New facelift was available to order from mid January however you did have to prompt the dealers for obvious reasons, had a call from the dealer on Saturday very first C class orders will receive free Becker map pilot satnav upgrade well done MB.

Hi All, just a quick update, Mercedes have confirmed that they will receive my car on April 12th a little later than expected but at least I now have a date, apparently there is a shortage of the new 7 speed auto boxes. I’ll post some pics when the car arrives.

I'd been led to believe today was launch day Europe wide. Went to my dealer for a look and he said he was also under the impression it was today, 26th March but it is actually Monday 28th March and MBUK have told them not to register the demo or display cars before then. The one in the showroom is under cover and will stay that way till Monday.

MBUK Site updated yesterday afternoon to show new C-Class. Downloaded new Brochure and Price List. Was a bit worried the C350 and 350 CDI weren't coming to the UK, but the Brochure says Summer 2011.

Hi Stuart, have you managed to take a look at the c class at your dealer!! I am not sure if all the UK dealers have received there cars as yet, my dealer claims that mine will be there first.

I didn't get to look at it, it was in the showroom under cover on Saturday, Salesman wasn't happy, but said it had to stay under cover till Monday.

Hi all, local dealer have just received there demonstrator, Red C250Cdi sport, nice to see the car in the flesh and I must say liked the old model however this is a vast improvement inside and out.
