Today I've got to a chance to drive the New Passat CC...
First this is a dealer/demo I now have at work..

So the car... well, I was able to take a quick look at a customers
car last week and I was very much impressed.
But getting behind the wheel, feel, smell, listen, touch, be a part of it..
I didn't know Vw could make such a machine,
at least not with such a afordable pricetag !

I was really amazed by the car and I can't not still belive it's a VW
not AUDI.

Still this car was a well equiped one with DCC (or what it's called)
VW's answer to Audis MagneticRide.. That was stiff as concrete
but I am young and enjoyed the ride very much.

When I look back now maybe I got a bit over exited becuase the car
says Passat on the back, but whatever the name is this car deliver!!

Best product from Wolfsburg since the Sicrooco ?
(which I think will be just as beautiful like this)
Vw is on the right track no question about it...

Take a look at what Julius did at work today..
This CC feels exclusive, looks wealthy and is a excellent drive !!

and get to take the brand new DEMO car out for a spin infront of everyone at the dealer eaven your boss...

Thanks for the first impressions! I sat in a CC two days ago, I was also impressed by it's build quality etc…this is more a Phaeton then a Passat. Love it and definitely the best Volkswagen (since Phaeton) for years…
And Julius, your avatar is distracting me…Passat CC, Avatar, Passat CC, Avatar, Passat CC…

I haven't seen the CC IRL yet, but it is one of the very few cars that i like 100% since the first photo!

I call them "fastback saloons" because of the fastback treatment similar to a fastback coupé. But that's just me.

As for the CC, it's a thing of beauty.

As for the CC it's a stunning machine no doubt about it but i still don't like the rear lights,maybe when i see it IRL.

Nice. The front overhang is a little long in some angles/pics, but other than that this is a hot VW.

Oh, I very much disagree with that I think the Passat looks like a cheap CLS wannabe. They didn't quite pull it off like MB did with the CLS. That car to this day looks very fresh and new:

The Passat CC looks like a Volvo or Peugeot 607 or something

Passed by the local VW dealer today and they have about 5 of these now. I have a new favorite in the family sedan class. The too-long looking front overhang isn't there when you see the car in person. You'd have to be far away from the car and on your knees looking at it from the side to get the view of it in pics that makes it look bad. It even looks better now than it did when I saw it at Detroit earlier this year. At 42K though the VR6 4Motion version I saw is a little steep for a VW. They had one with the 2-tone begie/black interior.....simply mouthwatering. Between my favorites right now in the family market (Mazda 6, Maxima, CC), the CC takes the crown. I'd get the VR6 Sport version for 38K and change, same price as a loaded Maxima. Who the hell would buy a Camry or Accord with these choices?

On another note they really wanted to sell me a regular Passat, very badly. They're giving away the leftover 08' models.


Forget the Jetta GLI, this is the VW I want.
