The maybe first ever 300 km/h test by Auto Motor Sport (03/87) had these results:

305 km/h - Ruf Porsche Carrera Turbo
303 km/h - AMG Mercedes 300 E 5.6
The official name of the "Ruf Porsche Carrera Turbo" is Ruf BTR (or Ruf 911 BTR or Ruf BTR 3.4 to avoid confusing with later BTRs).
