Both BMW and Mercedes design teams need long vacations or even a sabatical year, this is turning to be a total burnout.

He has become very childish, rude and quite annoying in his videos lately. He has done this in quite a few videos where he has made some negative comments on the cars with Mercedes or other brand engineers or designers and then I think also said some of their features are inferior to rivals. If he has to carry on like this maybe in future some car brands won't invite him to their model launches.

Yeah I have noticed this too. He has become quite snobbish when he used to be childish but sincere. There was this specific episode with a 911 turbo s who's owner appeared to be Mediterranean and Matt behaved like a real jerk. It was uncomfortable to watch.

I think this car does nothing better than the PS3 and is much more expensive. Also designwise we shouldn't even compare both cars. I am a huge MB fan but honestly anyone who chooses this over the Polsestar must be out of his mind.

You have to fold down the seats from a release button on top of each seat back inside the car. You wouldn't expect that on a 90K Euro car

I am dumbstrucked, I can get power side steps in a Chevy Tahoe, Silverado, Ford F150, Jeep Wagoneer etc. but not a MB SUV? An EV one at that where weight was not an issue or concern. I don't get it, power side steps cleans up the appearance immensely and aero. Bean counters are so strange.

Some of his commentary may be a bit sarcastic but credit to Matt for calling out these engineers on how backward they are on the lack of a frunk and the obsession with putting fake exhaust like designs on an EV. Seeing that on ev from established carmakers in 2022 is unacceptable. The Germans desperately need a wake up call In the EV space.

Q6 e tron has been delayed due to software issues. It will go down in 2024.

The E-tron is the direct competitor to these cars, it's basically in the same size range and with it's recent upgrade to Q8 the battery and range have been improved significantly.
