I will be posting the fuel data from an A8 3.0 TDI quattro in due course but there's no comparison with a non-GPS assisted auto gearbox.

Predictive Powertrain Control increases the fuel efficiency about 3% in the Actros.

There was a Wraith press car in the same blue in the Meatpacking District last week:

The monotone scheme looks much better (imo) than the duo-tone scheme. It still find the rear to be a bit heavy, but overall its a special looking car. On a related note, the Ghost has taken over where the Maybach 57 left off here in NYC.

Finally got around to watching a video of this thing in motion....and wow! ... what a fantastically designed car! It may seem a little odd in terms of proportions, but somehow everything works together so well.

....and we're seriously comparing the S-class to this........

Well of course if you're going to take a two dimensional view of a three dimensional object (especially one with some design flare), you're going to find not-so-flattering angles.

In motion that side profile looks impressive, and sets it apart from its few competitors such as the Bentley Continental GT ...IMO.
