It's actually a fairly prevalent - if somewhat dubious - and long-standing term in car circles. As to whether this is exactly JRG is debatable in itself.

Thanks for the clarification. Not a comment I've ever heard in Porsche fan circles in California but a good reminder this a global forum. Still find it offensive personally but there are lots of slang terms that have dubious origins that society has forgotten. Meanings change over time and are different in different countries.

It's the reason I asked instead of attacking the commentator.

The JRG term is not meant to be offensive. It's just that this particular color was very popular with the Jewish community in the 1960's-1990's. In those days, you often saw Volvo's, Mercedes, BMW, Jaguars in this color or something similar such as Champagne, glossy brown, or metallic brown.
 
Personally, I feel that the term is nevertheless derogatory and tainted with a measure of prejudice.
Still, I felt it important to point out that Wunderkind was, himself, not using the term in a pejorative manner.
