Dam...correct me if I am wrong, but did the 997 GT3 4.0RS also have issues with bits of the throttle plate going into the engine as well?

Indeed, few 4.0 engines grenaded with a throttle plate screw coming loose and being ingested. Some early 997.2 3.8 RS also has variocam bolts back out and cause issues - believe was caused by the LWFW, so didn't effect non-RS cars. 7.1 engines had RMS leak...

Almost ready?

Almost ready?

I was hoping for a bespoke design based on the updated 991.2 but I'll take it.

I wonder how many people are going to "R" their GT3s (remove the wing) if this is turns out to be the final look. It's been done a few times but I imagine it's going to become way more popular.

No excuse for that. When parking a rather exclusive Porsche next to a lake, you would think someone would pay extra attention to ensure that the Porsche doesn't end up in the lake.

It's a PTS, even...

Edit; plot twist! Supposedly the car had no brakes:

Dealer should have installed railings if they're that close to the canal.

Looks like a GT2 or GT2 RS to me exactly for the reasons Sunny gave. That exhaust and holes in the bumper scream twin turbo.

I saw an RS parked outside my office today. It was in Lava Orange. I now understand the colour is nothing like in pictures. It's more like a "pale red", think bleached Guards, if you like. I love it!

And you didn't take pics?

Very disappointing, son!
