GTD Weight Revealed

Not sure if this has already been posted here but @Epiphany found the GTD curb weight over on M6G. At 4,300 pounds, I'm no longer interested....not that I could afford one anyway. My vote just just shifted to the ZR1.

And if it's really that heavy I doubt they can improve... Although they do seem to believe they can.

Reminder of what Holt said on the topic of weight:

JWW: "Do you have a ball park of what this will weigh?"
Holt: "I think we've still got 75 kilos we're trying to get out of it. But it'll be sort of GT500 type of weight."

Tough time for the Mustang fans. Those people are not taking well to this leak.

Assuming the leak is real... This Gross Vehicle Weight doesn't leave the Mustang much room for downforce, given the load rating of the tires. GT3 RS MR is capable of 44% downforce to maximum weight, whereas GTD would not even get to 20%.
