LaFerrari [Official] Ferrari LaFerrari

Ferrari LaFerrari (F150), is a limited production mid-engine, mild hybrid sports car. Production: 2013-2018. Successor: Ferrari F80.
Only thing I don't like about the car's looks is the Pinocchio nose.

There is nothing to do about that, all mid-rear engined cars are so.

Huh? I think you misunderstood me. I am talking about how the nose is so pointy. Most mid-rear engined cars don't have it - 458, MP4, P1, 918, CGT, Enzo, F1....

ps. Zonda does, but it is much better executed.

I think Sunny isn't talking overhang, but that ugly, long nose (the middle part). I'm in the minority who don't like the car too much, except the rear, but even so, the Huayra's rear is nicer. Overall, I think the 918, style wise, it's much better resolved than the rest of the hypercars.

Ah, ok. I don't know, not really something that bothers me, I didn't even pay attention.

Ile say it again..that thing can haul some serious ass..

Damn it looks so fast, its like the video is on fast forward

Now that we've seen officially-released prod. versions of the 918 and P1, looking forward to seeing this baby in full-production form.

Wonder if we can get any Ring times,or high-profile test drives early next year

EVO ran a test back in 2008, the Enzo did a 7.25.7, even with the rear dampers failing 3/4 way through. The new LaFerrari should lap the ring under 7min?

Porsche claims about 918 6'57"
...LaFerrari, no AWD but more powerful and much more light, I think could be better

In theory but Porsche has developed the 918 extensively on the ring. The rumors were saying that the Mclaren P1 struggled to go under 7min, so it might not be as straight forward as it seems to beat Porsche's time.

Nothing in the world like a Ferrari.

P1, 918 and LaFerrari showdown soon I hope.

Looks like they're gunning for the 918's time.

Ferrari is literally above such pissing contests I guess.

Then why would they partake in motorsport's ultimate pissing contest - Formula One?

Ferrari are a funny bunch; if the Laffer proves to be slower than its rivals then Ferrari will dismiss as frivolous and beneath them such pointless pissing contests. However, should the LaFerrari be faster then you can be sure that Ferrari will be the first to haul their schlongs out and pace back a step from the urinal.

Well that contest yes. Not the ones like what Porsche and Nissan had a while back.

Imagine if the time ends up very similar to that of the 918 what that would tell us is that the Porsche takes the corners better because will all know between those corners it should be getting destroyed by the LaFerrari. Frankly if I were Ferrari I'd post F'all unless the time it posts justified it's quoted performance advantage over the 918.
