The guy got off lightly. If it wasn't a public place he would have had a baton in his face. If I was the cop I would also impound the car, drive off with it and do a bit of hoonage.

I know a lot of cops and they do drive a lot of nice cars when a driver is caught DWI.

guys anyone noticed how the NYPD slipped his foot under the car ? what did he think it was self rolling or something ?

I guess he did that to block him from leaving, thinking this guy won't run me over or drive over my foot. He had told him to stop before, guess he didn't wanna do it the nice way.

Did the cop really got the car over his foot? Something tells me the cop faked it.

You never had a car run over your foot?
I ran over my cousin's foot once in a Camry, unintentionally of course. He was alright. Says it's like somebody stepping on your toes. So yeah, it hurts for a while but you'll be alright. It's not like it slices your toes off, but I'd say those large wheels and low profile tires of the 458 might do some damage .
