Damn, you beat me to it... ;) now I will watch the review

EDIT. very articulately covered indeed, now we just need the test drives.... All that aside, though, WHAT A CAR!! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE MASTERPIECE!!

Not as good as usual, i think they restrainded him a lot.

That is a great review nonetheless even though he didnt drive the car, to be able to sit inside and explain all the controls and features is something that does not happen everyday. He is certainly a very lucky guy to be allowed to sit in and start up and rev this car with such a HUGE price tag.

Styling wise this car is near perfect.

I amazed how old-hat the Veyron looks compared to the Chiron, especially its rear.

Bugatti Chiron to tackle hill climb at Goodwood Festival of Speed
The £1.9m hypercar will be on show all weekend ahead of the first customer deliveries later this year

The Bugatti Chiron, successor to the Bugatti Veyron, will make its UK dynamic debut at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed.

In March it was unveiled at the Geneva motor show, but this will be the first time the supercar has been seen in action in the UK as it races up the famous hill.

The Chiron is set to take on the Michelin Supercar Run and will up the hill every day of this year’s annual event, giving festival goers a chance to see its massive power unleashed.

Named after Monegasque racing driver Louis Chiron, the Chiron has a power output of 1479bhp, can produce torque of 1180lb ft between 2,000-6,000rpm and has a top speed of 261mph.

The four-turbo, 16-cylinder engine sends drive to all four wheels via a seven-speed DSG gearbox and can demolish the 0-62mph dash in less than 2.5sec.

Bugatti’s Veyron currently holds the world production car speed record at 268mph, but it is believed that the Chiron is in a strong position to be able to top this.

With first customer deliveries later this year, the car’s production is limited to just 500 units. More than 200 advance orders have already been placed by eager customers, despite the €2.4 million (£1.9m) price tag.

Wolfgang Dürheimer, President of Bugatti Automobiles said: “The Chiron is the perfect embodiment of this year’s Festival theme: ‘Full Throttle - The Endless Pursuit of Power’. We are looking forward to presenting the Chiron to friends and fans of the Bugatti brand with its UK premiere at this long-standing event.”

This car just sets new standards in everything, its mind blowing performance and engine stats, that beautifully shaped and aggressive looking bodywork, then the interior design and quality, everything about it screams painstaking design brilliance and perfection.
