DB11 [Official] Aston Martin DB 11

The Aston Martin DB11 (AM5) is a two-door grand touring car by Aston Martin. Body styles: coupé, convertible (volante). Predecessor: Aston Martin DB9. Successor: Aston Martin DB12. Production: 2016-2023.
What the hell is wrong with people? DB11 is very colour sensitive as it is. But sheesh - yellow?

And the award for worst possible color combination goes to......

The interior is blue with yellow seat backs.
Jeeze..as if that shade of yellow isn't bad enough, they have to throw in the silver roof pillar for good measure.

If it takes black to have a car truly look good, then there's a problem.

While I find this particular black DB11 scrumptious, the rims are what give this car the "WOW !" element that, to my eyes, appears to be missing otherwise. In fact, with those rims (or perhaps those fitted to the Zagato as well as "standard" Vanquish), the DB11 would look splendid in most colors.

It sure is love or hate! I think it's bold and I love it. So many boring colors.

Thought it would be the most relevant place to post this. The new Vanquish Zagato family more than makes up for the DB11's aesthetics. The most beautiful family lineup I've seen in a long time.

Bite-the-back-of-your-hand beautiful:

And a shooting-brake as the cherry on top.

At times I find it very hard to believe that the design was frozen and greenlit. Makes me assume that there was conflict behind the scenes like the R231 SL, which caused the final design to be rushed inside/out.

An Aston should gave the ability to look good in all color. Hopefully some changes are made with the S version

Earlier I was reminded how pretty the DB9 still is in the flesh, even an early example.

The car looks horrible in those photos, especially with those front wheel arches.
