Nice looking but, alas, too generic and nondescript to be able to make any sort of noticable impact outside of its' home market (if at all).

Interior is much improved, but the bar was previously not terribly high. Materials look good though I am more forgiving for that pasted-on screen look in the F-Pace than I am in this.

I'm hoping that Jaguar can make a truly impressive design statement with its' upcoming electric XJ luxury sedan. Alleged "insiders" have commented on the new XJs' "absolutely stunning beauty". Then again, "insiders" are prone to saying such things. We'll see...

Humble? No I think you mean they've been humbled into doing that. These sedans are outclassed and overrun by the the Germans and a price cut is all they can do to get people to buy. The XE is being dropped from the U.S. market because no one buys it.

Looks nice, very neat and attractive facelift. The interior changes are huge and finally look great in a Jaguar. I particularly like the steering wheel and the center screen as well as HVAC controls. Ok the exterior design could be more bold, but this is still a very good looking executive saloon. Its a pity it doesn't sell well enough and maybe doesnt have the ultimate tech of the German rivals.
