IMO the problem with the 3rd gen. Cayenne is that is does not even look good, they (wagon and coupe) are the worst looking of the seven VAGs, Touareg and Bentayga are best.

Cayenne Coupe is for me the worst execution of the SUV Coupe (together with GLE Coupe both generations).

I haven't heard much praise for the Bentayga's looks. I personally think it looks awkward and has far less presence than it should.

No, I know I am in the minority, only I tend to like it more than anything else in this category, an now it is perfect with 4 seats and separated luggage compartment.

By the way I do not know why the Cayenne has no such version, it makes so much more sense given the most common use of this car, i.e. not howling washing machines.
 
Saw today this Cayenne Coupe in color Lava Orange.

I find that both Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe look better in the metal than they do in photos. Clean, unfussy.

Interesting about the GT.

But the Cayenne Coupe just does not look good, it looks like an afterthought, as unharmonic as the first gen GLE Coupe. In addition the Cayenne has ugly FWD proportions. The sketch looked good, the end result is terrible, wrong in every way.
 
Quite a compelling package. I'm digging it,despite never really being too keen off this type of vehicle. Looks like sleek and and clean solution it's competitors always fell short of realizing. Might be this is the best execution of it's type till date?
