It's funny, because you seem to spend all your efforts on giving the impression that you are affected on a deep and emotional level whenever somebody either says, or could be perceived to say, something negative about BMW.

We are all brought here for our passion for cars and brands betty, you seem to personally get repetitively offended every time Scott makes a positive remark about BMW, which ruins these threads, making them hostile - everyone welcomes a good debate and disagreement, but there's no need to continually victimise an individual based on his views - Lets just concentrate on these cars guys and girls

I think you may be lacking some important background information regarding Betty's comments. Scott works for, or at the very least is associated with BMW in a Creative Marketing (CM) roll. In that regard, some here view his comments to be self serving at times. When they relate to future BMW designs and/or timelines of new car introductions, super. Otherwise, just a tad biased if you will.

I don't constantly mock him. To constantly mock him I would have to react to EVERY post he makes, but I don't. On this occasion it was meant to be a light hearted, sarcastic remark that would most likely have gone ignored. It was a bit of fun, and it's the only way I can deal with it. @rurella nailed it completely and explained to you the situation.

If you think Scott is here to do us all a favour then you are very much mistaken.

The idea that I have some kind of bias towards a certain manufacturer and will therefore "attack" anybody who goes against what I think is laughable. I hate fan boys of any brand. They're childish and ruin forums. You clearly have no idea who I am or my history. For what it's worth though, my favourite manufacturer is BMW actually. I've owned more BMWs than anything else, and I currently have an M2 on order. I have never owned a Mercedes, and nor do I have any plans to own one.


Anyway, let's get back on topic.

hah one could not be more wrong, like he said he attacks whomever or whatever he pleases to attack.
one thing is for sure, any brand affiliation when it comes to betty is non existent, even i vouch for that. me and him have had our differences to say the least.

we are united in being extremely bothered by the libertys scott can take around here.
PR or whatever you call it ( he could be 14 year old with alot of time on his hands to) can be done neatly.. go and check out wolfgangs posts

Now if they manage the weight of the new M5 better than the current one, it's going to be a dream ride for sure.

Provided it can put the power down. Otherwise it will be as useless as a 911 Turbo S with RWD. (Which doesn't exist for a reason).
