ACV'ed straight off Finalgear as I have to leave for frankfurt early tomorrow morning and cba to write more info tonite.

So, I went to the ring today with one of my best friends. What we spotted on the way....



We were welcomed at the ring with a roar of this baby here

And then I spotted a Challenge Stradale. I took one pic of it and then the driver 'removed' me from the scene. The car was wrecked all along the side.

Members from Scumball rally 2007. Donnington park to Nürburgring. The guy was streamlining the air flow to the radiator...

And then I yelped when I saw this...

We walked up Brünnchen and I found a perfect spot for panning, and also found a way to get to some other prized locations on the ring, like the Karussel for example

We were having so much fun, and then it rained, and then guess what....

I was kinda pissed and wet, so I walked around snapping my last snaps of the day, as the spare tire is limited to 80kph max, and we had a 260km journey left to do. There were no tire repair services available on sunday.




So yea, my friend rated the day at 7/10, mostly we had great fun getting the car really sideways at a huge wet grass park, right before we ran over a glass shard.

Thanks! I will be at the ring again this weekend, but i wont have a camera with me on the trip, so I will be focusing on passenger rides

She was standing fairly alone before her ring taxi rides, I managed to get close enough to her, and I was surprised she recognised me, we had a very very smalltalk and then she was off to the car again.
