GT-R Nissan R33 GT-R 400R - £1.6m

The Nissan GT-R (Gran Turismo–Racing; model code: R35) is a series of cars built by Nissan from 2007 to 2025. It has a 2+2 seating layout and is considered both a sports car and a grand tourer. The engine is front-mid mounted and drives all four wheels. It succeeds the Nissan Skyline GT-R, a high-performance variant of the Nissan Skyline. The car is built on the PM platform, derived from the FM platform used in the Skyline and Nissan Z models. Production is conducted in a shared production line at Nissan's Tochigi plant in Japan.

So, I'm starting to wonder if my R32 is worth more than my house.

That'd probably depend on what model it was, but based on a few current listings, I'm guessing it's not at that level yet. What's the rarest non-aftermarket R32?

In any case, I'd drop the coin for a 400R if I had it.

my guess would be the 560 GTR Nismo models would be the most valuable, these are the homologation versions the race cars were based on.

If you don't think, or are not sure if, a thread is the best place to post something, please do not be afraid of creating a new thread. MINE'S R33 GT-R gives me a boner as a thread title on it's own. At least that way, if anyone on the site, or on google it's looking for MINE'S R33 GT-R stuff, they might actually find it... which they likely NEVER will in a thread about the 400R, with no text to explain what the video is about.

Funny thing is I've been here awhile now but I sometimes still struggle somewhat with placement because as you said threads don't exist. I don't want to- if possible be creating streams for "one offs" as it were.

But it's funny you should mention that because there's another car that DEFINITELY needs it. But I'm going to need to back track and align it with what they are doing now!

As for Mines many moons ago I was a huge JDM guy! I remember the stroker kits etc! Incredibly impressive machines. Their engineering is definitely World Class!

You just have to ask yourself if someone could find the content you posted if they were looking for that subject. Because people dump videos, and dump links, often with no accompanying text - in the 'closest thread they could find', often - for some more obscure stuff, they can't.

Anyone looking on the site, or spidering/crawling the site, for the term MINE'S R33's would not have found this post had I not bought it up...

It's mostly the reason why we treat many media embeds as link dumping, it has absolutely no long term value - no matter how interesting it might actually have been to post.

The Mine's R33 & R34, and the Evo V are definite Unicorns for me.

OK noted I don't believe I was aware of that, but funnily I tend to copy the text of say YouTube videos and paste them in. Obviously with Magazine articles it's already there!
