My BMW OEM+ and Individual retrofit thread

Here is a thread about my cars and projects. I like what I call "OEM+ cars" and retrofitting equipment the car missing or that not exists in the model lineup.

Currently an 1948 BMW 321, 2004 BMW 545i, 2015 BMW M550d Individual, 2021 BMW i3S and an 2024 BMW i4 M50 Individual. Ill starting with the i4 M50:

Exterior: Individual Alvite Grey (former Champagne Quartz)
Interior: Full Merino Tartufo

Retrofit list so far:

• Touch column stalks with auto-button
• RHD driver side mirror electronics and mirror glass for retrofitting auto dim mirror in my passenger side
• RHD headliner sun visor without "airbag label"
• H&R lowering springs
• H&R 10mm front and 15mm rear spacers
• High gloss black side skirt
• BMW badge front and rear from G26 without BMWi-blue surroundings
• G2x leather covered airbag from ICE car to get rid of the BMWi-blue surroundings
• ICE center caps to get rid of the BMWi-blue surroundings
• Rear view mirror from G05 with "319 universal remote control/homelink garagedoor opener"
• 20" inch winter setup w/255/35-20 Continental Winter Contact 7
• Galvanic central door locking switch (to match the galvanized door panel trim)
• Galvanic start/stop button from G2x PHEV
• Passenger central door lock switch retrofit
• Passenger seat memory
• X3 M seats with ventilation
• Black Merino leather on the lower part of the door panels
• Black Merino leather on the upper part of the door panels
• Merino Tartufo leather covered front seat back
• Merino Tartufo leather covered center console
• Merino Tartufo leather covered knee pads
• Merino Tartufo leather covered HVAC panel behind center console
• Fabric ("flocking") inside door pockets front/rear
• Active dual USB-C from U11 X1 in center console (for retrofitting media and dual connection)
• pre-07/2022 door pocket ambient lights
• pre-07/2022 illuminated air vents wheel right and left side front dashboard
• pre-07/2022 illuminated air vent wheel rear HVAC panel
• pre-03/2023 Individual velour floot mats with Merino Tartufo
• RHD inner rear tail light right side to get rear fog lights at both sides
• M1/M2 steering wheel buttons to control driving modes (it will be painted black as the BMW Skytop)
• Various codings: Comfort Plus (smooth and soft like an 7-series), Lane Change Assistant, xView ++
• 6U8 Gesture Control FZD from G30

• Galvanic steering wheel multifunction buttons from G11 7-series
• G05/G07 LCI gear selector with crystal/crafted clarity
• Crafted clarity volume knob
• Soft close doors
• If possible (have to do some more investigation in the HU schematic): Night Vision retrofit

• Chrome "i4", "M" and "M50" - M50 badge from X5 to get same size for M and 50

There is some great Tartufo, Ivory and black leather standing here.

After some coding (settings for Gesture):

BMW removed the Individual floor mats in my production, so i retrofitted pre-03/2023 floor mats.

BMW removed active USB C from 07/2022 so cars manufactured after this date has only charging. Decided to retrofit the active USB C and went for an dual USB C. Both USB C connections shows in the HU at the same time.
